My second home and a fantastic place in a beautiful setting. It is superbly maintained and the love that the owners have for it is obvious as soon as you arrive.

We’ve just returned home after a couple of months at Barmoor having bought in November 2022. What a restful summer it has been. There are lovely views across the park & walks nearby. The proximity of the coast & the Cheviots offer a variety of beautiful areas to explore within a few miles. Visits slightly further afield bring Scotland within easy reach (Edinburgh by train is 40 mins, for example) while Alnwick, Hadrian’s Wall, Cragside etc are easily reachable to the South.
The site is extremely well run, friendly and peaceful. So pleased we decided to buy.

We love our holiday home at Barmoor. Exactly what we were looking for after visiting numerous parks. Tranquility, space, country side and coast near by. The Lamb family look after their home owners and you definitely feel part of the family. Barmoor is a beautiful, very well cared for country park and we’d recommend a visit if you’re looking for the same relaxed lifestyle.

The site is quiet, beautifully landscaped and in a prime position between the coast and the Cheviots . Plus professional friendly competent staff for whom no job is too small - what’s not to love? . We wanted somewhere our grandchildren could enjoy and we could indulge our love of walking and cycling , this little jewel delivers it all . We are so glad we found it , we absolutely love it .

Barmoor is a fantastic site - beautifully laid out and maintained, and in a really great location. Ann & Jamie and the team are always so friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed watching the changing seasons this year and loved the sunsets.

This is our family happy place. We come here as often as we can for some R&R, and our two small children love running around exploring. Best thing we did was buying our happy home here! This is our view.......

We have been at Barmoor for nearly 3 years and it's the best thing we have ever done. It really is our happy place. The views are stunning, the grounds are well kept, lots of wildlife to see and it's so peaceful. Everyone is really friendly. Ann, Jamie and the rest of the Barmoor team are so lovely and can't do enough for you. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else

Barmoor Castle caravan park is such a tranquil place surrounded by beautiful views and wonderful trees and bushes. The ponds and resting areas are filled with natures bird song and the cutest duck families that are free to wander from pond to pond. The actual Castle in the grounds is a place of intrigue and wonder.
Such a friendly site where everyone passes the time of day and are respectful of people’s privacy.
The owner Ann and Family always have your interest at heart.
Depending on the position of your caravan or chalets you experience the beautiful Sunrises and superb Sunsets.
Exceptional well kept site that is always maintained and updated.
Such a privilege to visit Barmoor this idyllic Caravan and Chalet park 🤗

Barmoor Castle Country Park deserves 100 stars, it just the 5 allowed. This is our 1st year at Barmoor and can honestly say it deserves every award available.
It’s peaceful, tranquil, beautiful, relaxing, friendly and it starts the moment you enter the park through the big gates, deluxe and lush is an understatement. Lodges and holiday homes are a whopping 30ft at least from your neighbour and with vast grounds that are immaculately maintained, you can’t but not feel in paradise.
Come and take a look at this hidden sanctuary in Northumberland .
