Well where does one start with this amazing cottage and even bigger welcome from Jane and Darren. We have been staying at Willow Cottage since 2015 and now visit around 3 times a year. We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks with them and as always we could not fault a single thing. The cottage is so superb with everything you need for a perfect relaxing stay, including a welcome goodie bag too, which always goes down well with us both. We love the locations of the cottage with two great village pubs serving food and within easy reach of the A1 and the amazing Northumberland beaches, villages and stunning landscapes. We can’t wait to return again in February to this quiet county and to this amazing cottage and Jane and Darren’s warm welcome and friendship. We would strongly recommend Willow Cottage to others, we can assure you that you won’t be disappointed and will want to return again.

Absolutely beautiful. The hosts are possibly the friendliest and most welcoming I have ever come across. lovely quiet location with 2 pubs in walking distance that serve good food and beer. This was the perfect base to explore the section of coast it sits on .
